O processo ocorreu todo em uma única tarde, com várias fases e eliminações de candidatos minutos depois das avaliações. Achei que tal modelo é um ponto positivo, por ser tudo resolvido no mesmo dia. Também achei que o processo seletivo foi conduzido de forma muito descontraída, o que me deixou confortável e livre para mostrar a minha personalidade. A comunicação do processo foi feita majoritariamente por e-mail, sendo apenas o resultado final informado por telefone.

Multiple stages: online application which was then followed by a pre-recorded interview. Afterwards, I was invited to an in-person interview. All of this was completed within 1-2 weeks of my applications before my offer.

Entretien
I went through two interviews along a span of 2 weeks. The 1st one was more general as for the second one it was more related to what information I know about Red Bull in general and the different events.
