Submitted CV to a friend who passed it on the management. Took them 4 months to contact me as the position was available again. One interview with my direct manager, second with the field manager and finally with the HR.

Group interview. Very informal. Learn a bit about the business. Then take part in a task relating to a job-like scenario you might face. Quite enjoyable and got to meet lots of new people, very differ t style of interview and has lots to do with your personality.
