After applying on Red Bull's career site, I received a phone call from HR for a screening. I proceeded to an in-person interview with multiple people. The hiring manager was extremely nice, professional, and clearly intelligent. However, another person on the interview panel made it clear that there were multiple internal candidates that were being considered for this position since this job opened up due to a recent re-org. The interview process was a charade and a waste of time since it seems like the local team never had intention of hiring externally anyways.

I applied online and two weeks later got invited to do a face-to-computer online interview. The questions were largely behavioral, but a couple had you watch a video and talk about what message it was trying to convey.
