I was approached by the individual in this current position and he mentioned he was getting a promotion and suggested I apply. I did not go through Red Bull North America's website, he sent me a link and it was an online application. I received an email a couple days later saying I had been selected to participate in an interview with the interviewing program the use called "HireVue." I had three days to do it and basically they post questions and you record your answers via webcam. It was kind of awkward just recording your answers, there wasn't a way to read the interviewer and you know that multiple people are judging you on the other end.
