The hiring manager shows you a propaganda video and then talked more about playing games at 6am, safe spaces to cry ( I really didn't understand where he was going with that but he said that was his own question not part of the script ) and staying late. They offer what sounds to be an OK salary for someone working a 40 hour week but they require a 60 hour week. They ask a a lot of scripted questions that have nothing to do with the position or anything of value.
