Very informal and comfortable. They explored my general working knowledge of the market and business acumen. We discussed the size of an account base that I historically managed and how I managed such a large market. I was asked to identify key differences between our competitors and what I felt Red Ball could go to market with that would make Red Ball more successful. I was asked to identify key persons in the market to determine the depth of my interaction in the industry as a whole.
