it is a 4 panel interview process, but fast to get through. completed all interviews in 3 hours. They take you out to a place, where you and a recuriter takes together and they advise the heads, if you should more on or not. They make all the descision, when back at the office. if accpeted youll have another interview with the same person, then if you make it through then you will have an interview with the project manger. the first interview is a get to know you personality. 2nd is get to know the job and see the office, the third is a get to know why you fit. the last one is a reconfirming interview.
