Very fair and thorough interview process. A few technical interviews and was asked to give a short seminar. Everyone involved was very friendly and bright. Employees seem very content. What was slightly sketchy: I later learned that they have been interviewing for this position for some 8+ months (the job is *still* up on linkedin). Why make candidates go through a laborious interview process if you have no intent on hiring?
