Recruiter phone interview, VP phone interview, 90 minutes google hangout with data scientist team (technical interview). 3hrs onsite interview with multiple teams and leadership. Sent code examples and further phone conversation with potential manager.
It was a very confusing interview experience where leadership showed a lack of unified vision and professionalism.
