The process was interesting as well as challenging. They asked me about the competencies and areas that I was still working on. After a detailed discussion on my areas of expertise they gave me a task that was outside my comfort zone and asked me for the tentative time to deal with it. They wanted to see how well I work with unfamiliar challenges and how I deal and deliver results. Not only was that intriguing but also helped me see a side of myself that I hadn't explorrd before. The interview was not stressful but kept me captivated every minute.
