Was set for a phone interview with Will Sanders. Well when time came for the interview it was crickets. I reached out he came up with a lie about having covid and asked if I could reschedule. I did however the night before the interview he went in over night and secretly canceled. I sent a email asking why? He never responded, he’s by far the worst person I think I come across in a interview setting. Prior to the interview he had me do a who presentation/assignment to make sure I was a fit. Which I feel I should be compensated for. My time is money just like his. I wouldn’t advise to apply for this company he lack communication and ppl skills.

The interview process was very positive. I applied to an opening and interviewed with the CEO/Founder - the interview felt like a conversation and flowed well. The follow-up assessment was straightforward and easy to complete.
