CEO is rude and very judgmental. Asked many personal questions about family and education. Relied fully on personality tests - wrong to wanting high salary and work-life balance. Seemed very uninterested during interview. Has issues on names (must change name or come up with an English name when working with them)

not really difficult , ask basic questions they looking for more personalities and want to know more about your motivation 2 people interviewing but did not get the offer just try your best and prepare for basic questions
