They have a multi stage interview process, 3 separate video interviews with 2 analysts and a director. This is all good, where it gets silly is that they then will give you an hour of demo of their platform then give you "Tasks to solve and present in person".
The platform being a proprietory one, 99.9% of candidates would never know beforehand and they expect you to invest a lot of your own time to learn it and research to solve 10 tasks using their platform then present it in front of their team. This is incredibly stupid as it requires the candidate to have the time and willingness to put in a significant time into learning a tool that may never be useful if you are not given the job after all.
Secondly, there is a full training once is hired to learn the platform anyway, so it seems unnecessary to force this on the candidate during the interview stage. And to make matters worse, this task-solving is critical and is the deciding factor of whether you get hired or not irrespective of how technical, skilled or qualified you are as a TI Analyst.
They put so much emphasis on the presentation part more than the other skills as if it is a sales job and not a TI job. Yet, they tell you that there is no expectation of selling the product.
I was incredibaly dissappointed when i was told about the decision and the reason being the presentation aspect. If they told me from the begining i would not have bothered with their interviews. I have spoken to other interviewees who felt exactly the same so this was not unique to me, so be warned and be prepared to put in a lot of time and effort into learning and presenting their own platform.

The first step in the process was a phone call with a recruiter, followed by a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. This was followed by a writing exercise, with a 1-hour panel interview and one final 45-minute interview the week after the initial interview. Overall, the process took 2 weeks.

Recorded Future was the most transparent and pleasant hiring process that I've encountered. All of my communication went through a hiring/recruiting manager, who constantly kept me in the loop about the next steps. My interview process consisted of the following steps:
1. Interview with a hiring manager via a 30-min phone call.
2. Interview with a team lead and the team's manager via an hour-long Google meet video session.
3. A final interview with 3 team members via an hour-long Google meet video session.
4. References checks
5. Offer Letter
This process took about a month.
