I was ghosted after the first round of interview (30m zoom meeting to go through previous experiences and future expectation). After specifying my availability for the next interview upon their request, I heard absolutely nothing back afterwards. On the plus side, they were upfront and transparent about their pay range. We agreed that we were on the same page about compensation range before scheduling for our next step.

It was one of the worst interview experiences ever. They make you do some sort of peer programming activity and two snobbish engineers are judging you and looking at your screen at all the times. Created a really suffocating and bad environment for the interview. Would not recommend anybody to waste their time on this company. They have zero respect for that.
