Entretien
A typing test was given to see how many words you could type in a certain time frame and a practice run through a script as if I was on the phone With a customer .The practice run through the script Was just words and questions I had to read out loud word for word and mark down or Type the response Of the person I interviewed . It was really easy. As long as you can read , you’ll be fine . If your not that good at reading out loud that’s fine bc you’ll have a lot of practice doing the same Thing over and over again all day.

Entretien
The interview is more testing how capable you can be doing the position and seeing how many hours you can do. They will get you to schedule a separate training to get the full extent and you can start pretty soon.
