1st stage - Online application. 2nd stage - Three video questions recorded online via Hireview - Questions are preset, so you will know what to prepare. 3rd stage - Online group task, this includes a task of working together to rank items and then a presentation based on fact-finding. This stage is all completed via Microsoft Teams. 4th stage - This is the final stage, it is an experience day that is assessed from start to finish. Firstly, you will have a group task where you are given a number of images to describe in order to organise and decipher their relevance in a group setting. Secondly, you will have an individual assessment based upon fact finding, selecting a project based on the information provided to you. This task requires you to decipher information quickly and accurately. Lastly, you will go through an interview where you will be questioned on your character and relevance to the role. My advice is - DO NOT APPLY TO THIS SCHEME IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ENGINEERING BACKGROUND. You will not be selected if you don’t have an engineering degree, just check LinkedIn and you will realise.
