Even, I didn't get any reply from the recruiter at all after my direct LinkedIn message to the recruiter and email why they didn't show up at the interview. Either an apology nor explanation. I just felt ignored. So, for me, the process started not being serious or professional at all. I spent 3hours preparing the interview for nothing. First time it happens to me after lots of professional interviews.
