Human resources very slow in terms of feedback and the process is too long.
Sometimes the roles descriptions are not as accurate as should be.
But the overall process is not difficult.

Zuerst hat ein numerischer Test stattgefunden, dann gab es ein Telephoninterview und danach wurde ich zum Einzelgespräch eingeladen. Während des Einzelgesprächs sollte ich ein Case Study durchführen. Das war mittelschwer, der Fokus lag auf Finanzseite.
