First contact with HR came through university on-site recruiting. After few words there (my motivations, what was I looking for) I was invited for an interview. It was with both HR and the future manager. It was not a pressure but rather relaxed, investigating my studies, previous experiences,capacity to deal with stakeholders, data management and so on.
