Invitation was done by email and a follow up Phone call, then HR interviewed checking for business culture fit - looking for independent self starters, entrepreneurial traits, responsible for initiative results whether good or bad, they later did a group assessment center, selecting candidates to meet with the reporting manager, then interview to meet with head of function. After which offer was made and a counter offer.

Initial screening is done by HR and then you're usually interviewed by the RSM followed by the Sales Director and then you're provided an assessment followed by a panel interview which can include Trade Marketing & Sales Capability Manager.

3 rounds with HR, hiring manager and sales director. General interaction on your work earlier and achievements, why RB. Was asked to describe my performance as an Area Sales Manager before and share company growth vs my growth, category trends. Was more of a stress interview through out.

2) Video Resume - Had to answer 4 questions and duration for it was 2 minutes
3) Group discussion- A case study was given for discussion about Dettol.
