After passing a couple of regular online logical and numerical tests I was called by phone and asked a couple of simple questions to test my English proficiency, and invited to a first stage group interview. There were 5 people with me and we were all given a couple of minutes to make a presentation of ourselves and then given an hour for a group task. We were told there will be a senior manager who will evaluate our performance, but he or she never came, so we were evaluated by the recruitment manager alone. I know usually how these stuff work and I prepared, I organised the work, coordinated team members, kept track of time and encouraged all members to get involved. Others were rather passive but I was rejected and another member of our team was invited to the final assessment centre. Asked for feedback but my letters were never answered.

relativ schnell, nach Eingang der Bewerbung schnelle Rückmeldung für Telefoninterview, Termine waren ziemlich flexibel, danach kommt persönliche Einladung für ein Gespräch plus Case Study und anschließend Assessment Center in Heidelberg (ist allerdings nicht erreicht worden)
