The process itself was your basic interview but after the first interview they said they’d call in a week. I thanked them post interview and waited well over a week and when they finally reached out they were like “why didn’t you call us, we thought you weren’t interested” and I was like uh you said you were going to call me in a week either way? It was a weird power struggle thing.
