First stage with recruiter over the phone.
Second stage interview with Associate IT director.
Interviewer was more than 15 minutes late .It seems the interviewer had already made decision.
I provided answers to all the questions and he didn’t had any follow up questions to my answer.
I got call from recruiter the next day saying the technical answers were not as they expected but I didn’t feel it was technical at all.

Interview process was very easy. In all three interviews, we discussed my experience and how I would handle certain situations. Also discussed why I was currently seeking a new employer. Everything they told me in the interview was honest and true. They didn't lie and they to oversell the position.
Everyone was very nice and welcoming.

Recruiter had scheduled a phone interview at a specific date and time the day before a holiday weekend but contacted me the morning of the interview to change it due to a hectic schedule; I confirmed the new time. Suddenly, about an hour before the interview, without any notice, the interviewer called me out of the blue and asked me if we could interview right then. Not wanting to seem rude, I accepted. It was clear my time didn't matter and the recruiter wanted a jump start on her weekend.
The recruiter was impatient and rushed. She kept interrupting me, talking over me, and finishing my sentences for me instead of fully listening to what I was saying. She cut me short at only 25 minutes of a 30-minute interview. It was a waste of time for both of us.
I laughed and was relieved to receive my canned rejection email the following week. If that's how I was treated as a candidate, how would I be treated as an employee?
