There was a phone interview with the founder first and then had got an invite for on-site. Following up for the on-site interview was a pain coz first time when we scheduled, they forgot to send me the address/ contact details for the person and place I'd be visiting until very last minute (even after I emailed them inquiring about it, they didn't respond until it was too late) and so I had to cancel, but later on, we scheduled another one but still (I personally felt the communication was very lacking) Also, They didn't really explain or give out any technical info about their product (except for high level overview which you can learn from their website as well)
