First was a phone screen which was pretty standard. Asked questions about background and experience and gave me the opportunity to ask general questions about the role. Then I had an interview with the Manager of the role, which was less formal and more comfortable than many other interviews I've had. Then there was an interview with a senior manager which was very comfortable and felt more like having a conversation.
