Two phone calls, on-site interview where I met with a few people and then a final interview with the CEO. Everyone made me feel super comfortable and it was more conversational and informative than a standard interview, which I appreciated. Very cool to receive a Starbucks card in my email after the interview.

Applied online, had a phone interview, then was invited for an in person interview. I was led on by the recruiter that everyone loved me and then I was shocked to learn that I didn't get the job. What a disappointment! Don't lead people on if you don't want them!
