This process took 3 months from initial phone interview, to the time it took to make a decision. There were nearly 7 interviews involved, 3 tests that had to be taken, and a notice to your current employer that had to be given. In the end, it almost felt as if the process is setting people up for failure both in their expectations with RealPage and with their current employer. Once you qualify people (tests, phone interviews, screening, resumes), there should be an immediate interview that is done in person, to assess interpersonal and situational skills. You might lose a good candidate by having poor communication and by a lackadaisical decision making process.
