Entretien
There were 5 rounds:
1) Personal Interview with the HR, just an introductory session and I expressed my interests in the domain, talked about my short term and long-term goals, how I came to know about the company and my expectation in terms of work and salary.
2) A Simple online aptitude/ IQ Test.
3) An online Psychometric Test.
4) A VMware Test: VCP Certification Test: This was the toughest round and I scored above 35 % marks in the Test without preparation(remember VCP is one of the 5 TOP Most Certifications in demand in IT today).
5) A one o one meeting with the India Operations Head, he discussed and questioned about each and every component of my CV, about my interest and knowledge of the Data Center Domain, the Projects I had worked on and the deliverable involved. He was too impressed.Then, he congratulated me for getting the offer, and said he was glad to hire me, then we moved on to salary negotiation where, I demanded a higher salary than what they offered to freshers normally. He agreed to give me a good hike per month in the fixed salary. I was offered the post of System Administrator. They were so impressed, they agreed to put me on project from DAY 1 with all the senior System Admins. They offer Free Certifications to Employees. They're now setting up a new Data Center in collaboration with VSNL and said I can work and learn the Data Center Designing, Planning and Layout Techniques as per my interest. I'm joining this company and It will be the Best Experience of my Life, I guess.

VCP Certification Questions can be a little tough for some people but, No round is tough if you have that EYE with a sharp focus.

Entretien
Recently I got call from HR Team in"Real Time Data" for interview. After long waiting(1:30 hours). HR came she collected my profile. She conducted apptitude and psychological questions. Then later HR person asked some basis hr based general question. The Technical person don't show his interest of hiring.
They ask only 2 Question from Desktop support level and Even I went for Sr System Admin profile. I gave the answer all of them. Later he said I have done with interview.
What a stupid behaviour. If you don't have vacancy don't waste the time for candidates.
Guys don't go for face to face round they will waste your timing.
