I had originally applied for another position that I didn't qualify for. Luckily instead of being turned down flat out like other places had, Diane reached out to me about this position. It was a perfect fit for me as I was soon to be completing my degree. Interview process was smooth. Met with two individuals in person back to back. Later that day I got a call from the VP and conducted the 2nd interview by phone. Was offered the job at the end of the call.
