I had a screening call with the recruiter and she was fine during our chat. What I will say is the lack of follow up. I get that it's a hard time for recruiters in the industry right now, but to completely ghost someone after is so unprofessional. They recently had a similar role open and I reached out to that same recruiter, and yet again, crickets. If i'm not the right fit for your company, that's fine. Please, have some professionalism and just tell me.
