Pre-assessment in form of review actual student resume. First round panel interview with team. Second round interview with other org staff and leaders which included presentation and handout. All assignments uncompensated. Communication was slow and sparse in between. Signs of gossiping, rigidity, and culture of having to walk on eggshells. Not getting an offer was a blessing in disguise honestly.

The other reviews summed the experience up well. The first person I met was kind and answered all my questions. The videos were a big ask, I did them anyways because I do believe in the great work they do, and it was a good opportunity. What I found odd was that everyone said they wanted to hire quickly, but the process was very slow. The panel was kind and easy to talk to. But I was surprised to get a rejection before the deadline they gave me. It was an okay experience. But I want to know who is making these hiring decisions since there seems to be a lot of similar frustrations in these reviews. I did not take my own advice- do not work for free - esp if it's more than an hour of work.
