Online interview, very relaxed but professional atmosphere. Interview lasted slightly over half an hour and consisted of a mixture of more general questions and one or two scenario based questions.

There was a 20 minute telephone interview. They asked basic questions about yourself, your past experiences teachings, and what your goals are. During the phone interview I was told that I would be placed in a school near my home. I was offered a position about 3 weeks later.
