Do not waste your time because they will just waste yours. I read the negative reviews but chose to give them a chance anyways. After two months with four Zoom interviews, one event, one writing assessment, and one in-person interview, I was not offered the job. The process is ridiculously long, and I felt like I was being led on the entire time. The only positive is that they paid me for the event and writing assessment. Not worth your time and energy.
