I submitted an application online and got called for an interview a few days later. I spoke to three different people. They explained to me the role of the job and I asked numerous questions trying to gain an insight of what they do.

They asked a lot of questions about my past experiences, and asked me to give examples if I was in a certain situation and how to stay motivated.
