Applied and a few days later received an email stating they were interested in getting to know more about me. Sent me a survey with different questions to answer. Then had a zoom interview a week later. Whole process was good until following the interview. Manager I spoke to said an offer would most likely come the following week but it’s been 3 weeks and have not heard back even after emailing HR rep as a follow up.

Single panel video interview, general questions about my degree, projects on my resume, willingness to learn, and motivation for applying. Nothing too technical and very friendly interviewers. Prepare stories based on your resume and have them memorized. Show a genuine interest in the role and location and try to connect with the interviewers.
