One on one with multiple questions. Control theory, thermodynamics, aerodynamics etc. Was given scrap paper and asked thorough questions. Wasn't exactly a test but the interviewer wanted to see what you know. He also helped along if got stuck.

Very general hiring questions with light technical questions depending on department. Overall good experience and intuitive hiring managers. Focus on the department you want after the first round of interviews.
