The Interview process was a 5 stage process, included screening/ hiring manager/ values/ general/ then senior leadership a long process for an entry level job however talent team were professional throughout.

Initially had a 20-minute interview with the hiring manager about the role, the expectations of the role and a few basic interview questions. Afterwards, I was invited for an interview at the office. I found the interview questions rather odd and difficult. Not the typical questions you'd expect in an interview. Nevertheless, after the initial interview, there was an assessment to see if you could deal with a customer issue in a chatbot roleplay.
