firstly you introudce yourself and you'll be asked some questions about you then you're gonna do the interview , once you're done and PASSED the interview it's gonna tell you the offer and the details to start
You apply online via social media, they call you for a phone interview which is the typical questions and then that's it you're hired. they don't usually ask for much information and the questions are easy: introduce yourself, where do yo see yourself in 5 years and that's it
