Basic interview with no real surprises. They hire in masses so if you can speak well, have a decent work history and say you work hard you'll get an offer. If you get a refered from an employer there then you pretty much have the job. They drug test you before giving you an offer but that typically means you have the job. Expect simple interview questions you can find online.
Ya kno it was okay I guess they asked some questions, I Gave some answers. Can you sell a pen? Doesnt matter, the interviewer will sell the pen to themselves.

Pretty Straight Forward from interview to shadow to roleplay. All in all an easy and straightforward process. I completed all 3 in one day. This is followed up by a nonsense cognitive behavioral assesment

Interview, typing test, job shadow, meet with employee in role for a about a year, mini training session, taking a call from an irate customer while making company look good and fulfilling customers needs
