1. First they called me for 1st round interview and that was cleared 2. Then they called for 2nd round interview and that was also cleared 3. They call for 3rd round n said that this is just a formality to meet director and I went there just to meet director without any preparation. Director start taking inteview again with resume. Worst thing I have ever seen that they called me in last round just for formality to meet director but they start taking interview. This all process took around 1 week and totally waste of time. All the interviewer were speaking in hindi only even director also. Nthng I have felt like IT company. Looks like vacant floor with numbers of cabin. Even where is employee sitting in office I havent seen in all the interview round. There is only a cabin I have seen.
