1. first found is a phone interview including few general coding questions. you just need to answer them without writing the code. (regular expression, array, Queue etc)
2. coding task (develop a dynamic map to visualise data using D3 )

Entretien
Initial round - interview with the HR - They had no issue providing Tier-2 General Visa Sponsorship ( I was already in UK and had a valid Tier-2 Sponsorship)
Second round - Technical test - Creating a Rest API in Go; was given starter code for Go and a webpage in Javascript.
Code had to be uploaded on GitHub and developers from Ravelin had to be invited to do code review.
Changes required in the UI form and rest api to be created.
