Comprehension and skill checking and 2 interviews with offshore and onshore team. Maintain the basic level and a little advanced of their requirements. No need to be wary if you have expertise on your skills. Very much sure what they are looking for.

Entretien
One of my acquaintances told me about the job openings and encouraged me to apply. I applied, took an initial assessment, had a phone interview, and then was invited for an in-person interview. The in-person interview involved another assessment, a machine test, a meeting with a senior developer. All interviews were conversational; they genuinely wanted to see if I was a good fit for the company, and where I was going. A lot of interviews focus on your resume, but it was refreshing that Rave focused on who I was as a person and what I had the potential to learn at the company. Like any other interview, know what the company does, its culture/what it cares about, and know how you fit into the role and its culture.

Entretien
It was a very straight forward process. They ask that you to complete a machine test and an in-person interview. Both were a little difficult and challenging. Received a call back to perform a phone interview with the US team. Overall it was a good experience.

1. Online Technical Test ( Basics of CMSs ) if selected then you will be attending the 2nd round in few days. 2. Programming Round ( testing the coding skills in PHP, CMS, Magento). If Selected you would attend face to face Interview mostly the same week. 3. Direct Interview. Then the final interview with with one of the onshore team member. 4. On Shore Interview
