      Candidature

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Raptor Marketing

      Entretien

The first interview I had scheduled nobody turned up, I was on Google Meets for 15 mins and sent 2-3 emails asking where they were. I then sent a strongly sounded message that I didn't feel respected as a candidate and that it would be difficult to lead an HR function if Leadership didn't care about the candidate's experience. Only after I sent that message that one of the Co-Founders told me that he had been offline all day and the other Founder was still on Annual Leave. He then asked for my availability and we rearranged the meeting. Unfortunately due to a family emergency (which I could completely understand), we had to rearrange again. It was only yesterday that we eventually had the first stage call, which entailed of me discussing my HR, and additionally, my Resourcing experience which we were discussing to see if the role could be full-time and that I could lead on two different areas in the company. I was told that the next step would be meeting the HR Consultant, the other Director, and some of the Creative Team and that I would have to come into the office. I followed up today, and finally had a response that appalled me on so many levels..." they said my experience wasn't up to their standard", which begged the question a) why did you interview me in the first place and make me go through so many hoops, and b) why even mention the second stage if you are going to reject a candidate a day later.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re really sorry for how you feel things were handled in this particular instance. We know we didn’t meet the level of respect and communication we always aim for, and we completely understand your frustration. We care a lot about our company culture and candidate experience, and we're already working on improving our recruitment process to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Your feedback is really helpful, and we’ll be using it to make sure things run smoother in the future. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention, and we’re sorry for the frustration caused.
