There will be two rounds. One with the hiring team manager and other with the business head.
The hiring manager is very professional and it was more like a discussion than an interview. Basically testing for overall knowledge on performance marketing and different scenario based questions.
I got selected and was in for the final round with business manager whose name is Amit. He was late by 25 mins. Dropped a rather unprofessional note telling he can only join by a certain time.
He finally came in for the interview and did not even apologize for getting late (I did not expect he would).
He started asking some introductory questions and he started eating in the interview. Can you imagine giving an interview while someone is chewing their food?(and also trying to talk?). While I was speaking again he cut me off and went offline.
He kept asking about attribution and that's all he wanted to know about I guess. So yeah just be prepared on that concept.
Can you imagine working with him?
I did not even contact the HR for feedback after this!
