A recruiter reached out to me about this position and I decided to go through with the interview process. For the first step, I chatted with a recruiter on the phone and moved on to the next round, which was a video call with the Product Design Manager. After that call, I was told I would be moved to the next round and that they would get back to me to schedule it. I never heard from my recruiter, so I reached out and he said they have already extended an offer to a different candidate. He did not apologize and just told me to apply to a different role. Very unprofessional.
