Recruiter called to submit my resume to a contract position with a reputed company. Went through 2 levels of interviews and got the job offer. 3 days before joining I receive a call from the recruiter saying job offer has been rescinded. Reason- Randstad team and the company's team didn't discuss about my immigration status. Though I was fully authorized to work, these people has communication conflicts resulting in anxiety and affecting my mental health
