Interview process was welcoming and conversational, yet very informative and professional. Interviewed with Director, VP, etc. There were about 4 interviews along with a job shadow. They truly want to make sure that you are a good fit for the company, and vice-versa!

Two interviews one virtual one with manager on site. I was asked about my previous experience and why interested in staffing. I was told about the standards of the position but not in depth regarding metrics, kpis, or performance requirements.
