I saw their job posting on their website and sent an email to the recruiter. I received a call and email immediately after sending my resume. The following day I was scheduled for a personal interview with their client. After the interview, the following week I received a call from the Recruiter for a verbal job offer and started with my new hire requirements. After a week, I followed up if I will be receiving a formal job offer and unfortunately the Recruiter advised me that the company will no longer hire me as they already filled the job. Recruiter told me that the company used 2 staffing agencies to fill their requirements (20 HR CSR) and since I was processed on the last week of application I was no longer included on their list for hire.
