Overall the process was fast and straightforward. The interview was long but you can feel if they are interested or not. They get back to you pretty quickly

There will be physical interviews with different managers to get a better understanding of yourself. once you’ve passed those, last interview will be with the country director to see if you’re a good fit with the culture
