the interviewer was friendly and respectful. I had three interviews. 1st and final were in Japanese. 2nd was in English. I think overall, question is not difficult to answer as long as you can relate with your experiences

There will be physical interviews with different managers to get a better understanding of yourself. once you’ve passed those, last interview will be with the country director to see if you’re a good fit with the culture
